INGREDIENTS
1 spaghetti squash
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 jar pesto sauce (or other sauce)
1 bag of shredded Italian cheese
Olive oil
Spices
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place squash cut-side down on baking pan and roast for approx. 30 min.
While squash is roasting, heat a pan with olive oil on the stovetop to medium and sauté the ground turkey. Season well with salt and pepper.
When the squash is done, take it out of oven and use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti pieces. Add these to the pan with the turkey.
Mix in sauce and cheese to taste.
