PASTA PRIMAVERA

Pasta Primavera

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Sharp knife

  • Cutting board

  • Pasta pot

  • Mixing bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup farfalle pasta

  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/3 cup diced zucchini

  • 1/3 cup diced squash

  • 1 Tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1 Tablespoons chopped basil

  • ½ cup feta cheese

  • 6 Tablespoons creamy Italian dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

1.      In a pot, boil water and cook the pasta until tender.

2.      Drain the pasta and store in the refrigerator until cold.

3.      When the pasta is cold combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

4.      Serve chilled.
